Terms of the Rental

1. The price excludes the cost of water, electricity, wifi and other utilities.

2. There would be a regular monthly payment to cover water and electricity bills. This payment would depend on the number of persons occupying the property. Utility bills would be at cost as per the invoice of the utility company. 

3. There would be a bond deposited at the start of the lease period. This bond would be refunded on termination of the lease, provided the premises remain in good condition.

4. The minimum rental period is 12 months.
